Our Machinery
Punch-Laser Machines
Our Trumpf TruMatic 7000 combines laser cutting, punching, and nibbling for complex workpieces. With 4.0 kW laser power and 220 kN punching force, we process sheets from 650 × 560 × 4 mm up to 4000 × 1500 × 8 mm. A versatile tool pool enables all standard processing steps – efficient and precise.
2D-Laser Cutting
Our Trumpf TruLaser 5030 fiber is a high-performance 2D laser cutting machine with a solid-state laser that impresses with high processing speed and reproducible part quality. The machine is suitable for the precise machining of various materials and enables efficient production processes.
Bending Machines
With our press brakes from Safan Darley (E-Brake) and Trumpf TruBend, we manufacture highly precise bent parts – efficiently, consistently, and material-friendly. The machines offer pressing forces from 500 to 1300 kN, stroke lengths of 300–385 mm, and bending lengths up to 3060 mm.
Punching Machines
Our Haulick Roos punching presses with 125 kN and 160 kN punching force deliver high-precision stamping and pressing – fast, efficient, and finished in one go. Fully automated processing ensures short cycle times and consistent quality – ideal for medium to high volumes and complex formed parts without post-processing.
Hydraulic Presses
Our hydraulic presses (e.g. from Jessernigg & Urban, Hans Schoen) enable precise forming processes for a wide range of component geometries. Thanks to flexible settings for pressure, stroke, and speed, they are ideal for deep-drawn, embossed, or shaped metal parts. Their versatility and repeat accuracy make them perfect for medium to large series and specialized forming tasks.
Wire Bending Machines
With our single and multi-head bending machines, we manufacture complex wire bent parts in various dimensions – fast, efficient, and reproducible. The Wafios FMU processes wires from 0.8–2.5 mm, while the BMU handles 3–13 mm. The machine park is complemented by the Latour Numac for added flexibility.
Welding Machines
We offer automated and manual welding – precise, repeatable, and economical. Robotic systems from Reis and KUKA enable MIG/MAG, TIG, projection, and resistance welding in high series quality. For manual spot welding, we use Dalex PMS machines. The portfolio is complemented by manual shielded gas welding for individual parts, prototypes, and special requirements.
